How to Use

How to Apply Epoxy Patching Mortar

Preparation
Ensure surfaces are dry, clean, and free from grease, oil, and contaminants. Remove loose material and clean thoroughly.

Mixing
Mix equal parts of Pack A and Pack B until a uniform colour is achieved. Only mix what can be used within 15 minutes.

Application
Apply immediately, pressing firmly into the repair area. Compact and smooth using a trowel. For porous surfaces, use Antel Epoxy Sealer and Adhesive as a primer.

Curing
Hard cure: 2–3 hours at 15°C
Full cure: approx. 3 days

Cleaning
Clean tools immediately using Antel Cleaning Solvent.

known to cause skin irritation to some people. Wear protective clothing and wash well on completion of each session of work.
