What is DPC Injection Cream?
Antel DPC Injection Cream is a highly effective, ready-to-use cream emulsion based on silane/siloxane, designed for masonry injection to provide long-lasting protection against rising damp.
Its pure cream emulsion formulation enables superior penetration of the active ingredients into the building material. The unique cream consistency also provides excellent stability within the borehole, helping the active ingredients penetrate effectively in all directions.
How Does DPC Injection Cream Work?
Once injected into the mortar joint, the active ingredients penetrate deep into the surrounding building material.
The silane/siloxane ingredient reacts with water and forms a polysiloxane, creating a long-lasting horizontal barrier against rising damp.
The product does not produce salt residues during application.

Easy Pressureless Application
DPC Injection Cream offers a straightforward installation method. For pressureless application, the mortar joint is drilled at regular intervals and filled with the cream using a suitable low-pressure sprayer or cartridge gun.
The cream consistency helps prevent the material from running out of the borehole while providing excellent stability and allowing the active ingredients to penetrate effectively.
No electric DPC pump is required for pressureless application.
The controlled installation method helps provide effective treatment with consistent consumption rates, making it easier to calculate the amount of product required.

How to Use
How to Use
Pressureless Injection: Drill 12mm diameter holes horizontally into the mortar joint, generally at joint intersections, at 120mm centres to a depth of 10-20mm from the opposite face. Remove bore dust from the hole and fill with DPC Injection Cream using a low-pressure sprayer or cartridge gun.
Low-Pressure Injection: In the low-pressure procedure, apply the injection cream into the mortar joint at 120mm centres, using drive-in or screw packers at a maximum of 5 bar for wall thickness up to 13½" and 7 bar for thicker walls.
Recommended equipment is a low pressure sprayer with suitable manometer and flowmeter.
Effect: The capillary active building material causes the injection cream to break into a liquid phase. The silane/siloxane ingredient reacts with water and becomes a polysiloxane, ensuring excellent penetration.
Flanking Measures
Salt-contaminated plasterwork should be renewed. Please consult the recommended Funcoil 1lr Restoration Render re-plastering specification.

Range of Use
Hydrophobic impregnation of masonry against capillary rising damp using horizontal or angled borehole procedures. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, particularly for fair-faced brickwork, slim masonry layers, and cleaved masonry.
The mortar layer turns into a horizontal isolation. For higher moisture content, use the Remmers patented thermal convective drying method before injection.
