What is Epoxy Putty?
Antel Epoxy Putty is a two-part epoxy resin material designed for strong, durable bonding, sealing and repair applications. It provides excellent adhesion to most building materials and can be applied in wet or dry conditions, including underwater.
Once applied, the epoxy putty provides excellent bond strength and chemical resistance while retaining approximately 5% tension and flexure despite its outwardly rigid finish.
Its versatile properties make it suitable for a wide range of construction, water-retaining and industrial applications where a strong and long-lasting repair or seal is required.

Usage Rate
As a guide, 1kg will seal approximately 5 linear metres in a joint section measuring 12mm wide by 12mm deep.

Before You Start
Correct preparation and mixing are important to achieve the best performance from Antel Epoxy Putty.
Do not apply to a substrate below 0°C. When applying in temperatures below 15°C, both Pack A and Pack B should first be warmed in a bucket of hot water for approximately 30 minutes.
Always wear suitable protective gloves when mixing and applying the product.
Mixing
Take equal quantities from Pack A and Pack B.
Thoroughly mix together by hand until a completely uniform colour is achieved with no streaks remaining.
Keep gloves damp during mixing to make the process easier.
Only mix as much material as can be used within approximately 20 minutes.
Application
Immediately after mixing, press the Epoxy Putty firmly into the joint or repair area using a trowel or palette knife, ensuring maximum contact with the surrounding surface.
Storage
Epoxy Putty has a shelf life of approximately 12 months when stored in its original sealed containers.
Store in a cool, dry, frost-free environment and protect from freezing. Keep out of reach of children.
