Shipping policy

 

Most online orders are shipped via DHL Next Day Delivery to UK mainland addresses.

Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after this time will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.

Once dispatched, delivery is typically the next working day for UK mainland addresses. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and other non-mainland UK locations may take longer.

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

International Orders

We can ship internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. International customers may also be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges.

Stock Availability & Ongoing Projects

While we continue to maintain strong stock levels and fast dispatch times across most of our product range, availability on certain items can occasionally change due to ongoing supplier, courier and global supply chain conditions.

If there is ever an unexpected delay affecting your order, our team will contact you as soon as possible with an update and revised delivery timeframe.

If you are ordering for a larger project, phased installation, or may require additional quantities at a later date, we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm current stock availability and batch continuity where applicable.
