Refund policy
Antel Ltd aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
14.1 If the Purchaser receives Goods which do not match those ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, the Purchaser should contact us within 14 days to arrange collection and return. Antel Ltd is responsible for paying shipment costs. The Purchaser will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods.
14.2 If any Goods purchased have manufacturing faults when they are delivered, the Purchaser should contact Antel Ltd within 14 days to arrange collection and return. Antel Ltd is not responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.
14.3 If any Goods develop faults within their warranty period prior to application, the Purchaser is entitled to a replacement under the terms of that warranty. Because of the nature of our Goods, it is necessary that the Purchaser provides proof of a manufacturing fault with the Goods or works with us to establish whether there is an issue with the Goods or whether there is an issue with application. If the issue relates to application of the Goods a refund will not be offered.
14.4 Goods found to be faulty shall not form the subject of any claim for the customers loss, damage or expenses occuring directly or indirectly from the faulty product beyond the replacement of the faulty goods.
14.5 If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, the Purchaser should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, such damage should be reported to Antel Ltd within 2 days and arrange collection and return. Antel Ltd is not responsible for paying shipment costs. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.
14.6 If the Goods have been dispatched or have reached you, but the Purchaser decides that they are no longer required or has a change of mind, the Goods can be returned to Antel Ltd within 14 days of receipt. The Purchaser must confirm in writing that they would like to return the Goods to Antel Ltd before returning them. Because all of our products are sold with a shelf-life, we're unable to accept returns after 14 days.
Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of Antel Ltd (see 14.6 for further information). The Purchaser is responsible for paying shipment costs.
A variable restocking fee will be charged for Goods that have been damaged in any way. The restocking fee will depend on the condition of the returned goods but will usually by between 15% and 50% of the total order amount. If Goods received by Antel Ltd are damaged beyond repair, no refund will be possible, so please make sure to package up your order very carefully. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
14.7 IMPORTANT: When ordering quantities over 3 or a colour that's not listed for that particular product on the website at the time of your order, your order will be custom made for you, therefore we won't be able to accept returns because of a change of mind.
-14.7.1 Specific to Self-Smoothing Floor Screed - Although best efforts are made to ensure colours are kept consistent, small variations will occur between different batches for this product and because all pigments are custom made, we’re unable to accept returns due to a change of mind.
14.8 If the Purchaser wishes to return Goods to Antel Ltd for any of the above reasons, please contact us using the details on https://antel.co.uk/contact-us to make the appropriate arrangements.
14.9 Antel Ltd reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions. Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to:
-14.9.1 Any use that you may have already had out of the Goods;
-14.9.2 Any characteristics of the Goods which may cause them to deteriorate or expire;
-14.9.3 Any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the Goods to reflect any lack of quality made known to the Customer at the time of purchase.
Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.
