Epoxy Grout Aggregate Filled

Antel Epoxy Aggregate Filled Grout is a three-component, sand-filled epoxy system designed for superior strength and durability. Due to its resistance to vibration, impact, and shock, it's ideal for use in civil engineering, structural grouting, and applications involving high dynamic loads. This grout is self-leveling and pourable, making it easy to use for a variety of applications.

Ideal Uses:

🔹 High-Strength Anchoring: Anchoring bolts, dowels, and other fasteners into concrete.

🔹 Base Plate Support: Securing and supporting machinery and equipment base plates.

🔹 Civil Engineering Applications: Structural grouting, machine bed grouting, and other applications requiring high strength and vibration resistance.

🔹 Dynamic Load Situations: Any application where the grout will experience shock, impact, or constant heavy loads.

🔹 Timber Repairs: Securing and reinforcing timber connections.

1. Preparation: Ensure concrete surfaces are clean and free of debris. Steel and machinery should be free of grease and loose rust. Primer is generally not required.

2. Mixing: Combine parts B and A for three minutes on low speed. Slowly add the aggregate to the mixture and stir until uniform.

3. Application: Pour the mixed grout into the hole or around the base plate, allowing for a slight excess at the top.

4. Curing: The pot life ( workable time) is 30 minutes at 20°C. Allow 7 days for a full cure.

A Three part product, packs marked A B & C which when mixed together give 1 litre, 2.5 litre, and 5 litre.

After 4 hours: 26N/mm²
After 24 hours: 82.5N/mm²
After 7 days: 83.5N/mm²

When fully cured the adhesion to concrete exceeds the tensile strength of the concrete.

🔹 TOOL CLEANING

All tools etc should be cleaned with Antel Cleaning Solvent immediately after use.

🔹 CREEP

Provided that the in service temperature is no higher than 55°C creep will be negligible, even when subjected to a constant load as high as 40N/mm².
