Due to its high resistance to vibration, impact and shock its formulation makes it ideal for use in the installation of high strength anchors, support of base plates or any civil or mechanical engineering situations involving high dynamic loads, eg tie bars, bearing pads etc.

2. USES

- Civil engineering or structural grout
- Vibrating resistance
- Impact resistance
- Timber repairs

3. PACKAGING

A Three part product, packs marked A B & C which when mixed together give 1 litre, 2.5 litre, and 5 litre.

4. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE.

4.4 Cure schedule:
Pot life @ 20°C 30 minutes
Full cure @ 20°C 7 days

5. COMPRESSION/TENSILE STRENGTH AT 20m C

After 4 hours: 26N/mm²
After 24 hours: 82.5N/mm²
After 7 days: 83.5N/mm²
Tensile strength:
After 7 days: 14N/mm²
Tensile bond to steel:
After 7 days: 12N/mm²
Shear bond to steel:
After 7 days: 18N/mm²

When fully cured the adhesion to concrete exceeds the tensile strength of the concrete.

6. LINEAR SHRINKAGE

0.009%

7. SHELF LIFE

12 months in original containers.

8. TOOL CLEANING
