1. DESCRIPTION
Antel Epoxy Low Viscosity Grout is a very low viscosity material used for sealing very fine cracks in concrete. It has superb penetration into fine cracks and as in our Epoxy Grout has the ability to chase away water and penetrate damp concrete.
2. PACKAGING
Supplied in two pack sets sufficient to provide either 500ml or 1 litre of mixed material.
3. STRENGTH
The adhesive, compressive and tensile strengths far exceed the strength of concrete.
4. SHELF LIFE
12 months in sealed containers
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. PREPARATION
Epoxy Low Viscosity Grout should be applied to surfaces that are clean and free of any loose or flaking material. Free water should be removed from the surface but there is no need for the surface to be dry.
2. MIXING
Epoxy Low Viscosity Grout is supplied as a two-pack material comprising of two liquid packs marked A and B. The contents of Pack B should be emptied into the container marked A and the mixture stirred until mixing is complete.
3. APPLICATION
The usual method of application is by surface saturation which should continue until the Grout ceases to penetrate.
4. CURING
Pot Life 30-45 minutes at 20°C
Hard Cure within 24-36 hours at 20°C
Full Cure 3-4 days at 20°C
5. TOOL CLEANING
Immediately after use, all brushes, tools and equipment should be cleaned using Antel Cleaning Solvent.
