Antel Poly-Res Mortar Repair Fast Set is a two pack Polyester Resin based material consisting of Polyester Resin, Hardener and Graded Aggregates. Antel Poly-Res Mortar Repair Fast Set will provide thin floor covering in situations where normal concrete or other surfaces coatings may not prove adequate. Its formulation provides excellent workability, speed of curing, excellent adhesion coupled with high strength to resist lifting and cracking as a result of impact from abrasive or heavy objects. At increased application thickness of >10mm (not >20mm), its properties are further enhanced; frost proof, waterproof, chemical resistant and increased rapid strength gain.
1. As a high quality floor screed.
2. Gives abrasion resistant flooring
3. Gives Chemical Resistant flooring (specific)

7. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Surfaces must be dry and free from all forms of contamination. Remove all loose material by 'grit blasting' or at the very least by wire brushing.
Where required e.g. porous substrates etc. Apply a coat of Antel Poly-Res Primer to the prepared area. Only apply to an area that can be completed within 5-10 minutes as the Poly-Res Mortar Repair Fast Set must be applied before the Primer has cured.
Remove the A Pack from the bucket. Pour the entire contents of the A pack into the aggregate B Pack. Mix together in the bucket. Continue mixing until a uniform mix is achieved. (3 minutes).
The Poly-Res Mortar Repair Fast Set must be applied onto the tacky Primer (where required), compacted or 'tamped' and trowelled out using a steel or wooden float to produce a smooth flat compact surface (10-20 mm).
Note:- the mixing vessel and tools should be cleaned immediately between each mix in order not to contaminate fresh mixes with partially cured material. Furthermore as the material cures very quickly, cleaning of mixing and application equipment on every mixed unit is obligatory.
Pot life @ 20C (160 g mix) = 15 minutes
Thin film set time @ 20C = 20 minutes
Full Cure @ 20C = 4 hours
12. OVER COATING
Further protection can be obtained by using one of a selection of Antel Floor Paints. If a non-slip finish is required, cast Antel Non-Slip Aggregate over the coated surface when still wet. Allow to cure, then brush off any loose aggregate and recoat thereby 'sandwiching' the aggregate between coats. Where speed and early return to service is a priority, use Antel's Poly-Res Grip Coat.
N.B. Prior to applicaton, Sand the Poly-Res Mortar Repair Fast Set and wire brush to remove any tacky residue prior to application.
13. CLEANING TOOLS
N.B. Immediately after use tools should be cleaned using Antel Cleaning Solvent.
